Objectives of the BSVC

  • to raise the attraction and to enhance the competitiveness of our regions

  • to be a key player in the rapidly developing multilingual and multicultural market for digital media use in higher education, further education, and professional training (e-learning)

  • to design, produce, and distribute easily localisable high-quality e-content products and services (internationalisation), and having them speedily adapted to the requirements of the target markets (localisation)

  • to put the resources in common and to share and specialise the competence to get a higher quality of education and training
