  1. Alpha Phi Omega Nu Epsilon Executive Committee Positions

PRESIDENT   • Chair general and Executive Committee meetings of the Chapter • Serve as an ex-officio member of all committees except on the committee that may review his or her conduct • Give notice of the scheduling of general and Executive Committee meetings • Maintain correspondence with the Section Seventy-Seven Chair and the Region IV Chair • Report to the chapter on Sectional and Regional business • Execute or delegate any other duties necessary to the operation of this office and Chapter • Organize a meeting to review chapter programming • Have a working knowledge of Robert's Rules of Order

VICE PRESIDENT(s) OF SERVICE • Chair Service Committee meetings • Coordinate and announce all service projects undertaken by the chapter • Make appointments and delegations such that is necessary to the operation of the Service Committee • Evaluate service projects and keep accurate records of service projects including but not limited to the success of the project and the number of hours earned by each brother • Submit documentation to the national office about National Service Week and National Service Day and keep records of such documents for the Chapter • Discharge any other duties pertinent to the operation of this office as deemed necessary by either the President or the Executive Committee • In the event that the President is unable to perform his or her duties, the Vice President of Service shall serve in the absence of the president. If there are two officers holding said position, the matter shall be solved by the Executive Committee

VICE PRESIDENT(s) OF MEMBERSHIP • Chair Membership Committee meetings • Enforce the requirements for Active status of Brotherhood • Accurately record and evaluate the participation of each Brother, with assistance from the Executive Board, in order to determine if requirements have been met • Make appointments and delegations such that are necessary to the operation of the Membership Committee  • Know and uphold national pledge standards as adopted by the national convention • Administrate the chapter Pledge Program • Educate and train the Pledges of the Chapter in the fundamental values of the Fraternity and Chapter in accordance with national pledging standards,  • Evaluate and sponsor those Pledges deemed fit for Brotherhood before those Pledges are presented to the membership at Pledge Boards, • Coordinate induction and initiation ceremonies  • Maintain a program to increase the retention of Active Brothers • Discharge any other duties pertinent to the operation of this office as deemed necessary by either the President or the Executive Committee

VICE PRESIDENT(s) OF FELLOWSHIP • Chair the Fellowship committee meetings  • Coordinate and announce all fellowship activities involving the Chapter • Make appointments and delegations such that is necessary to the operation of the Fellowship Committee • Encourage Fellowships with other Chapters • Evaluate Fellowships and keep accurate records of Fellowships including but not limited to the success of the event and the attendance by Brothers  • Discharge any other duties pertinent to the operation of this office as deemed necessary by either the President or the Executive Committee

  6. TREASURER • Chair the Fundraising committee meetings • Collect all assets paid to the Chapter for any reason, and keep an accurate record thereof • Disburse the assets of the Chapter as necessary, and to keep an accurate record thereof • Appropriate the assets of the Chapter each term, and to submit this budget for approval first to the Executive Committee and then to the Chapter at the first meeting of each term • Present to the membership a report of the finances of the Chapter at the end of each term • Prepare and file tax forms as deemed necessary by federal and state law • Organize and conduct fund raising activities for the chapter  • Discharge any other duties pertinent to the operation of this office as deemed necessary by either the President or the Executive Committee

SECRETARY • Keep an accurate roster of the membership of the Chapter, and to provide a copy of this roster when requested by a Brother, Pledge or Advisor, • Keep an accurate record of attendance at general and Executive Committee meetings of the Chapter, as well as all ceremonies, • Keep accurate minutes of the proceedings of general and Executive Committee meetings of the Chapter, and to provide a transcript of these minutes when requested by a Brother or Advisor, • Coordinate and maintain the correspondence of the Chapter, and to report this correspondence to the Chapter, • Discharge any other duties pertinent to the operation of this office as deemed necessary by either the President or the Executive Committee, • Send the AAMD to the national office by November Fifteenth (15). • Maintain an up-to-date calendar within 2 weeks of chapter dates, with assistance from the Executive Committee • Discharge any other duties pertinent to the operation of this office as deemed necessary by either the President or the Executive Committee

  8. SERGEANT AT ARMS • Maintain order at general meetings of the Chapter by the enforcement of the parliamentary procedure outlined in the Chapter’s by-laws, • Provide a copy of the Chapter’s Constitution and by-laws when requested by a Brother, Pledge, or Advisor • Have a working knowledge of Robert’s Rules of Order,  • Ensure that all brothers know and uphold the Risk Management Policy of the National Fraternity as well as the Risk Management Policy of the Nu Epsilon Chapter • Discharge any other duties pertinent to the operation of this office as deemed necessary by either the President or the Executive Committee.

  9. HISTORIAN • Act as a liaison among Chapter Alumni, the appropriate Alumni Association or Associations and the Chapter, • Formulate and maintain the Alumni Directory,  • Maintain the records and history of the Chapter through written and photographic medium  • Discharge any other duties pertinent to the operation of this office as deemed necessary by either the President or the Executive Committee • Maintain a current semester list of officers and official chapter contact information
