How does it work? • LRS steering group - Processes and policy • 7 Approved LRS providers • NLA, LLAS, RLA – ARLA, NALS, UKALA, RICS • LRS licensing officer • - based at LB Camden • Marketing campaign - tube posters, press and digital marketing in 2 phases • Commercial sponsors - Endsleigh Insurance and mydeposits offering financial incentives to Landlords
