INCOLAB, SC meeting 2 NMi, Delft, The Netherlands 6th June 2003 WP0 Progress • SC-1 meeting in Ljubljana has been attended. • SC-2 meeting in Delft has been prepared. • Progress report over the first 5 months has been completed. • - E1 Cost statement form over the first 5 months has been completed.

  3. INCOLAB, SC meeting 2 NMi, Delft, The Netherlands 6th June 2003 WP2 Progress Study visits - The partners in the Netherlands have been identified: TNO Electronic Products & Services (EPS) B.V. Philips Domestic Appliances Dutch Ministry of Public Health, Welfare and Sports - Initial and preparational talks with the partners in the Netherlands have been conducted - Preliminary program and invitation have been distributed over the partners in Estonia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Slovenia. The dates have been fixed on 25,26 September 2003 for SI and BG and on 9,10 October for CZ and EE. - The lists of visitors have been returned by the partners and a list of questions&remarks from the visitors has been nearly completed.

INCOLAB, SC meeting 2 NMi, Delft, The Netherlands 6th June 2003 WP2 To do Study visits - Both lists have been forwarded to the partners in the Netherlands and a final program will be designed based on the questions&remarks. - The final program will be distributed among the partners and visitors. - Hotel reservations and such must be made for the visitors. (it is assumed that the list of visitors is complete and will not change anymore and that all visitors will arrive one day before the study visits start, at 24 September and 8 October respectively) - Transport during the study visits must be organised.

(optional: Present progress in workpackage 1 and 4.) 2004 (task 2.4) Organise a workshop during the 2nd national conference in Sofia to discuss: the results of the study visits the follow up in the NAS countries more recommendations 2005 (task 2.5) Organise a program during the closing conference in Ljubljana to discuss: the results of the study visits the follow up in the NAS countries conclusions concerning the legal, economic and financial aspect

INCOLAB, SC meeting 2 NMi, Delft, The Netherlands 6th June 2003 WP4 Progress Task 4.1 A few extra guidelines and relevant documents related to uncertainty calculations have been suggested by George Teunisse from NMi in addition to the list from Hans Delgaard Jensen. WP4 To do Task 4.1 Contribute further to the Guideline for uncertainty evaluation in testing
