  8. Artificial Insemination should occur 12 hours after noticeable heat.

  9. Fallopian Tube (Oviduct) site of fertilization.

  10. CL (Corpus Luteum) takes the place of the follicle. The CL produces the hormone progesterone.

  11. 30 days- 1 month • 2/5”- PEA SIZE • HEAD & LIMB BUDS RECOGNIZABLE • PLACENTA NOT ATTACHED

  12. 60 days- 2 months

  13. 60 DAYS - 2MONTHS • 6-7.5 CM • 21/2-3IN • CLAW BUDS AND SMALL SCROTUM RECOGNIZABLE, PALATE, AND STERNUM CLOSED, PLACENTA ATTACHED AND LENS-SIZED COTYLEDONS PRESENT.

  15. 13-17CM 5-61/2 INCHES RAT SIZE FINE HAIR ON EYEBROWS CLAWS DEVELOPED YELLOW COLORED EPITHELIAL PLAQUES PRESENT ON AMNION HORN PITS PRESENT 90 days- 3 months

  16. 12.5-18cm 5-7in small cat size find hair on eyebrow claws develop horn pits 120 days

  17. 18-23cm 7-9in large cat size hair on eyebrow and lips 150 days

  18. 40-60 cm (15-24 in ) hair on inside of the ear, around the horn pits tip of tail, & muzzle. 180 days

  19. 55-75 cm (22-30 in ) long hair on tip of tail Hair on the metatarsal, metacarpal and phalangeal region 210 days

  20. 210 days

  21. 60-85 cm ( 24-34 in ) Fine short hair all over the body Incisor teeth not erupted 240 days

  22. 70-100 cm (28-40 in ) Hair coat complete incisor teeth erupted 270 days

  23. Gestation Period for Cattle 283 Days

  24. One of the first signs of birth is the water bag.

  25. First sign of the calf should be the two front legs.

  26. Parturition!
