  1. NFC Legacy Risk Mitigation Project • Testing of Phase I online applications is complete. • Blue Phoenix and USDA continue testing batch applications. • TIME, PAYE, FREL, and PACS tested. • Testing of PACS by Blue Phoenix is complete. • Phase II contract awarded to IBM August 1st. • All online applications for Phase I received from vendor and installed. • Database Management Branch created a backup and recovery of PPS database. • BEAR testing under way. • USDA developing integrated project plan. • Phase II inventory analysis. • Phase I refresh preparation. • Performance testing dates changed to reflect Direct Access Storage Device acquisition and implementation. • Phase II of project is heavily dependent on ITSD and GESD completing tasks timely. • Resolution of problems must be timely or the schedule will slip.
