  • Partnership with Ascend, Evanston Community Foundation, and Northwestern University
  • Planning and pilot program implementation, July 2013 through June 2014, funding support from Ascend at the Aspen Institute

  • 13 mothers, at least one child 0-5, Evanston resident
  • Half referred by home visitors and ECE staff; other half responded to flyer at child’s center
  • Required: GED or high school degree, English proficiency
