  11. Diagnostiek & Behandeling Binnen 1 uur na triage SEH !!!

  12. Diagnostiek Bloedafname: • Intern pakket + lactaat, bloedgas, INR,APTT • 2 bloedkweken voor toediening antibiotica!!! Standaard onderzoek: • Monitoring vitale functies • ECG • X-thorax • Urinesediment + kweek CAD en meet diurese > 0,5 ml/kg/uur Afhankelijk van focus: • Aanvullende kweken afnemen

  13. Behandeling • Dien zuurstof toe • Dien direct na afname kweken AB i.v. toe • Bij Hypotensie: Indien een MAP van < 65 of een SBP van < 90 dien een bolus van 20 ml/kg NaCl 0,9% toe en herhaal zo nodig • Indien bloeddruk niet reageert op vulling, neem contact op met intensivist
