About My Business. Southern Desktop Publishing was founded in June 2012 by me (Nina Southern). Desktop Publishing has always been a hobby of mine when I attended high school. After graduating high school and college, almost every job I had dealt with creating some type of publication.

About My Business • Southern Desktop Publishing was founded in June 2012 by me (Nina Southern). • Desktop Publishing has always been a hobby of mine when I attended high school. • After graduating high school and college, almost every job I had dealt with creating some type of publication. • I have been teaching since February 2009. • Courses I have taught include: Career Management, Computer Skills, Computer Applications I, Microsoft, and Entrepreneurship. • Each of these courses included tasks where some type of publication was used. • In two of these courses, I taught students how to create different types of publications. • Teaching my students to create publications peaked my interest of desktop publishing. • Even before teaching, I had created many types of publications for family and friends. • I thought that my publications were so nice and professional that I should start my own business.

To purchase from these companies, a customer must purchase directly from the store. • Southern Desktop Publishing resides in Robeson County, however we are an online company. This means that you do not have reside in Robeson County to purchase products. In fact, many of our customers reside in High Point, Greensboro, and Charlotte. • Southern Desktop Publishing will ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada. • Southern Desktop Publishing has a professional website that lists all prices of items. • Southern Desktop Publishing research its competitors by visiting and calling the competitors to compare prices. • Based on our research, we are cheaper than our competitors. • Also if a customer purchase our products online, they can pay online with their credit card or PayPal account. • We have a money back guarantee policy.
