There stage 2 allows conversing regarding fire safety planning. The client is responsible for getting the team of consultants and contractors. The engineers provide methods of cost-effective solutions.

  3. Engage The Right People When you are at the planning phase, you must engage a design team having the quality of three Cs (competence, cooperation, and coordination). The design team has the collective duty of delivering the functional requirements for the project. The team of fire protection specialists Dublin must focus on submitting design details, which should pass the planning approval without any issues. However, fire engineers are not kept through the complete project.

  4. A strong submission A strong submission is needed in the RIBA Stage 4 technical design phase. The detailed plan must demonstrate how the regulation will be met and the ways the risks are managed. The regulator will specify the inspection rule at the right level for the scheme. A perfect design must consider all the aspects to stop the fire within the facility.

  5. Avoiding onsite design liability The cohesive approach in stage 4 will reduce the risk of the onsite designs and implement the associated liability risk with the design. The whole design work needs to be completed within stage 5. Third-party certification that is CE marking and the primary test is the evidence for any of the proposed alternative fire stopping solution provided. However, where there is no scope of third-party checking, the contractor can seek advice from another expert.

  6. Firestopping quality control Based on the project size, it is better to prepare a mock-up of the different fire stopping solutions as per the design. Further, an example should be there about how all the firestopping items will be installed with a proper set of instructions and product references by the team of fire protection specialists Dublin. It will help the quality inspection team to conduct the audit properly.

  7. Quality checks Checking quality is an essential aspect of fire safety planning. No matter the contractor confirms that all the safety checking has been done under supervision, all must be checked again. Apart from the internal checking, third-party checking should be conducted. The quality check will ensure that all the things are verified and the system is accepted by the client.
