  1. JMP – General Guidelines • Promote premium Intel-brand based systems. • No competitive products • Breakthrough, unique campaigns that are not confusingly similar with other campaigns promoting competitive products • Success metrics through 3rd party research or trackable sales-out data required at the conclusion of each JMP and should be included in upfront negotiations (to be included in Lenovo’s SOW) • Intel approval required on campaign concepts/proposals and on individual campaign executions (Investment Approval). Note: Third party involvement is allowed with NO reduction in reimbursement, except for top 20 brands, third party hardware and software vendor inclusion Always Refer the Current Intel Brand Road Map for the Premium Intel Brands

  2. JMP – Success metrics • Program metrics to determine the success and return on investment (ROI) for a campaign are required • Allows Lenovo and Intel to access the results and impact of the campaign • Drive improvements • Allow comparisons to be made across current and future campaigns.

  3. JMP – Reimbursement Certain activities may not be reimbursed under JMP. These activities include but are not limited to: • Sales incentives or spiffs (commission paid to salespeople for selling one particular brand over all others) • Internal Licensee costs, including program management, market research, administration, Licensee employee travel and overhead. • “After the fact” activities All campaign activities must be mutually agreed upon and approved by Intel Finance prior to beginning execution. X Once the plan submitted in IION and approved by Intel Finance, no change whatsoever will be entertained.

  4. JMP – Guidance on logo usage Important Note: Experiences have shown that logo size may vary under JMP if approval is obtained from Intel. For OOH, Intel logo does not need to be 7% of the eligible area under JMP guidelines. There should be equal prominence between Intel and Lenovo logo.

  5. JMP:Process Overview Execution must be to the approved Campaign Plan/SOW – Provide Proof of Performance/metrics as agreed in Campaign Plan/SOW Material changes (>10% cost variance) or change in scope must be updated in IION prior to execution

  6. JMP – Prior Approval • Intel needs to approve the SOW before any activity can be executed • Back-dating rule DOES not apply
