BACKGROUND • API 17 M / ISO 13628-9 released April 2004 • API 17 H / ISO 13628-8 released July 2004 • NWI Initiated in 2005 to combine into a single specification API 17H / ISO 13628-8 • Adds new high flow hot stabs to RP • Collaborative effort between ISO/API • Collaborative effort was split in 2012

  4. CURRENT STATUS • Committee Draft has been competed and all comments incorporated • 10 pages of comments • DIS version has been submitted and accepted by the ISO CS • DIS ballot was opened on Nov 14, 2011

  5. CURRENT STATUS • DIS ballot passed, 28 pages of comments on April 4, 2011 • Editorial comments have been address • Figure changes have been address • Continue to work through technical issues • DIS comments were incorporated • API 17H ballot opened April 3, 2012

  6. CURRENT STATUS • API ballot closed May 15, 2012 • 19 affirmative votes • 2 negative votes • 7 technical comments • API 17H • Document has been updated with comments • Asking that the negative vote be withdrawing based on updated document

  7. CURRENT STATUS • API 17H • Document has been updated with comments • negative votes have been withdrawn based on the updated document • API 17H published

  8. NEXT STEPS • Withdraw API 17M • Review deferred comments, compile list for consideration • Initiate new work item
