  1. I Have Added Massage in My Fortnightly Calendar. Have You? It is surprising how could bend and mould your body when you are in 20s or early 30s. I have been an active sportsperson since I was a kid. Earlier what used to friendly game of badminton, soccer or cricket took shape of competitive hockey, volleyball and soccer in college life. IN professional life, sports became more sophisticated with tennis and squash. But early morning sweat and running around has been a common theme. 10 years back, when somebody used to tell me to warm up before or cool down after the game, I would scoff at it and conveniently ignore it. But now, I possibly spend more in fitness outside the court rather than on court game! There are many more fitness tips that seem very intuitive but ignored that would love to share 1.Good body massage: I have found good best Spa in Gurgaon (gurugram) and I am a regular visitor for body massage. You need to work little hard and find a convenient place for body massage in Gurgaon and buy a package. I have seen that once you commit money, you will find it easier to find time to get return on that money. 2.Good Physio Therapeutic: A good physiotherapist can do wonders to your body. While they may be seemingly doing simple body massage and pressing, but at times, that is what your body need. Earlier I was in Noida and had a good physiotherapist who could come weekly for therapy sessions and ayurvedic massage and spa in Noida Sector 18 for me. 3.Keep Yourself Active Throughout the Day:Don’t give too much rest to your body. Apart from morning or evening workouts, it is important to keep track of active hours where you clock more than 250 steps/hour in your waking hours. 4.Hydration: Benefit of water is known to all. Best is to Pee color test. It is pale yellow or yellow, it is time to gulp down a bottle of water. As I get engrossed in my work, I prefer to drink almost half a liter at one go which I try to do 4-5 times/per day.

  2. Practice these tips and I am sure you shall be able to see a new you in yourself. You will start finding that 40s is new 20s and start sprinting with your kids without making body pain as an excuse.
