1. Lacewood Wairarapa Wedding Venue Photos – Heather + Matt For my last wedding of the season, I flew down to Wellington again – and this time took a drive over the Rimutakas to the beautiful Wairarapa to photograph Heather & Matt’s wedding at Lacewood.

After traveling Europe and getting engaged in France – they decided on a French / Italian theme for the wedding… complete with herbs on the tables, French and Italian wines, platters of antipasto & delicious meals (big shout out to Blue Carrot here, the food was EPIC), a cake composed of cheese, and limoncello shots to accompany the delicious crème brûlée & tiramisu. The big, long tables in the Lacewood barn just sealed the deal – perfection.

4. The Landing provides a romantic and elegant country setting for wedding parties of up to 100 people. It's established grounds feature oak trees, a quince walk, a spring fed stream graced by weeping willows and a rustic dove house. The Landing is the perfect Wairarapa wedding venue for those seeking a contemporary, yet elegant country setting. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, The Landing can offer comfortable seating for up to 100 guests, with room for dancing, although larger functions can also be catered for with the sweeping lawn suitable for a marquee.
