  4. Actor Samanta as Polonius

  5. Gertrude is sitting in her room, talking to Polonius . (24)

  6. He will come straight. Look you lay home to him; Tell him his pranks have been too broad to bear with. Polonius: Your highness , I have asked Hamlet to come and see you.(24)

  7. I’ll warrant you, Fear me not: withdraw, I hear him coming.

  8. Hamlet enters……..

  9. Now, mother, What’s the matter?

  10. . Gertrude: Hamlet, what was that strange play about? Your father is angry and worried. (24) Hamlet, thou Hast thy father Much offended.

  11. Mother ,you have my father much offended. Claudius is your father now. (24)

  12. What’s the matter now? Have you forgot me?

  13. You are the Queen, Your husband’s brother’s wife; And –would it were not so!—You are my mother.

  14. Nay, then, I’ll set those to you that can speak I am not going to listen to this. (24) Come, come, and sit you down; we shall not budge.

  15. How now! A rat? Dead, for a ducat, dead! Makes a pass through the arras What, ho! Help, help, help! Hamlet: There is someone Behind the curtain! (25)

  16. Hamlet takes out his sword……….

  17. O me, what hast thou done? Nay, I know not: Is it the king?

  18. Hamlet lifts up the array and discover Polonius

  19. O, what a rash and bloody deed is this! A bloody deed! Almost as bad, good mother, As kill a king, and marry with his brother.

  20. O, speak to me no more; these words , like daggers, enter in mine ears; no more sweet Hamlet! A murderer and a villain! Of your precedent lord Hamlet: Your husband Was a good man – And you married The animal who murdered him! (25)

  21. The Ghost enters…………… O, step between her and her fighting soul: Speak to her, Hamlet. Save me, and hover o’er me with your wings, you heavenly guards! Hamlet: Please! Help me my father. Ghost: Hamlet, don’t hurt your mother. I don’t want her to be unhappy. (26)

  22. Why, look you there! How it steals away! My father, in has habit as he lived! Look, where he goes, even now, out at the portal! No, nothing but ourselves. Gertrude: There is nothing there, Hamlet.(26) Hamlet: Can’t you see it? My father! Your Husband! Look at Him! (26)

  23. I’m not mad mother. I’m telling the truth. Your husband is the murderer! I’ll leave now. (26) But what shall we do about Polonius? (26)

  24. Ha! Indeed this counselor is now most still, most secret and most grave, Who was in life a foolish prating knave. Hamlet: Ha! He always loved talking. But he won’t tell any secrets any more! (26)

  25. Come, sir, To draw toward an end with you. Hamlet dragging in Polonius…………
