Product Data analysis Hydrospin developed a unique micro-generator that produces energy from the water flow inside distribution pipes, enabling the operation of various measurement devices (such as water toxicity, pH, chlorine, salinity, flow rate, pressure, etc) and transmission of data within smart water networks.

  4. Product Structure • Generator: patented wet generator with compatibility to drink water network. • HydroCharger: sophisticated electronic charger with multi-charging channels. • Installation system: patented insertion device that allow generator-maintenance under pressure.

  5. Generator Technical Features • Energy production: 1 Watt at 1 m/s water velocity. • 1 recharged battery with 5.5 AmpH capacity. • Over 4000 recharging cycles (> 5 years). • Installation kits for 3”, 4”, 6” and 8” pipe diameter. • Operation and maintenance under flow conditions • Minimal head loss (less than 1 meter) - almost no flow interfere.
