  3. Specification • Center frequency : 1.95㎓(1.92~1.98㎓) • 사용 트랜지스터 : ATF-34143 • S11,S22(VSWR<1.5) : -15 dB이하 • S21(Gain) : 14 dB이상 • NF(잡음지수) : 1dB 이하 • Bias point: VDS=3V ,IDS=40mA • Mu(안정도) : 1dB 이상
