FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS. • LIMITED BIKE AVAILABILITY (1HR) • CORE TRAINING – LEARN BASIC TECHNIQUES TO STRENGTHEN AND DEVELOP CORE STABALIZIERS AND MOVERS FOR ENHANCING BALANCE, STABILITY, POSTURE, MOVEMENT EFFICIENCY AND INJURY PREVENTION. (45 MIN) • VINYASA YOGA – A MOVEMENT BASED YOGA PROGRAM INVOLVING FITNESS LIKE MOVES SUCH AS PUSH-UPS AND SQUATS INTO YOGA POSTURES COMBINED WITH BREATH WORK TO ENHANCE CIRCULATION, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE & RELAXATION. (45-75 MIN) • GENTLE YOGA – A “LITE” VERSION OF THE VINYASA CLASS FOCUSING MORE ON RELAXATION, BREATH WORK AND MODIFIED POSES IN A FLOWING SEQUENCE TO STRETCH THE BODY. • FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS. (45-75min) • CIRCUIT TRAINING – IMPROVE CARDIO/RESPIRATORY AND MUSCLE ENDURANCE IN THIS CALISTHENICS BASED CLASS STRUCTRUED TO PROVIDE A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT. (45 MIN) • ZUMBA – A LATIN INSPIRED, DANCE BASED FITNESS PROGRAM THAT COVERS A RANGE OF DANCE STYLES – MAMBO, MERENGUE, CHA – CHA AND, SOMETIMES, BELLY DANCING AND HIP HOP. • BENEFITS ALL AGES & FITNESS LEVELS! TRIAL CLASSES STARTING DECEMBER 6TH 2011.
