WHAT IS DMCA TAKEDOWN? • Users post the infringing material on ISP’s platforms (Eg: Instagram) • Owner of the copyrighted work issues takedown notice to the ISP. • ISP takes down the infringing material and then informs the User. • User can file a counter notice for the content to be put up again.
