  2. Safety Leadership – Experienced Hands • 3 x 3-Day Leadership Workshops held in Yarra Valley, approx. 60 mins from Southbank offices or Tullamarine airport • Overview • The ‘Experienced Hands’ workshops are presented to senior rig personnel who must take on key leadership roles at the rig site. ‘New Hands’ must feel confidence in their position in the crew and identification as important team members, family members, of the PNG Drill Team. • Key Objectives • Leadership from experienced hands must be positive and engaging • Patience and ability to stay on message must remain the priority • Commitment to lead safe operations in instruction and coaching must be embraced and carried through without fear or favor • Respect of Huli culture and traditions must be acknowledged • A belief that hurt free operations can be achieved one day at a time

  3. Safety Leadership – New Hands • 6 x 2-Day Workshops held in Juni, PNG. • Overview • The ‘New Hands’ workshops are presented to our new team members who have not had the experience of working with ExxonMobil and/or at a rig site. ‘New Hands’ must have confidence that they are supported in every role that they perform and that no job should be started without careful planning and safe carriage • Key Objectives • What a JSA looks like and how we conduct one • StepUp 1x1 and StepBack 5x5 are our safety tools • Stop – Means we stop the job and re-consider our approach • Teamwork encourages us to ask for help and seek guidance when needed. Saying ‘I don’t understand’ and ‘Can you explain’ is fine • Hurt Free operations means we look out for each other and the family that relies on our team mates for living day to day

  4. Safety Leadership – PNG Drill Team • Who is eligible to attend? • Everyone! • Who is part of the PNG Drill Team? • All of our service partners • All of our team members who support operations • Anyone who can contribute to our ability to meet hurt free operations – every tour, every hour • Requirements? • An ability to embrace new ideas • A willingness to improve personal communication practices • A desire to work collaboratively with new team members • A belief that ‘Nobody Gets Hurt’ can be achieved when I choose to commit to my own safe work practices and the safe work practices of others
