MoERY Monitoring report EUROPEAN UNION PROJECT financed under Phare NCDTVET-PIU • According to the manual for TVET REAP and LEAP strategic planning document there is a certain monitoring report form. • It will be used (with the minor additions mainly concerning the phase 3 assessment) for reporting the monitoring. • The Monitoring Report will comprise a section describing the activities carried out in the monitoring process such as information collection, meetings with stakeholders/involved in REAP/LEAP implementation, in case certain issues have benefitted from additional attention and which were the causes that generated such approach etc. • In a word, the description how the monitoring process was carried out. • In addition to the process description the monitoring report includes: • basic facts which come from the basic fact questionnaire • analysed information of the structured questionnairies from monitoring visits • results of the advisory group panel i.e. recommendations for further development Material produced under Phare 2006 financial support PHARE TVET RO2006/018-147.04.01.02.01.03.01

MoERY Monitoring report: EUROPEAN UNION PROJECT financed under Phare NCDTVET-PIU • Is a result of the monitoring process, showing the evidence of the monitoring what is done. • reports the results of the monitoring for the further use and for the different levels of actors and stakeholders about the development of TVET sector. • is filled in by RC, which process is mentored by TA local expert and RC secretary. • They are responsible for delivering the monitoring reports to PIU. MoERY Results of monitoring EUROPEAN UNION PROJECT financed under Phare NCDTVET-PIU When the system of monitoring is established, there will be a database of information formed by the monitoring reports as an updated information about the implementation of regional and local educational plans. • It can be used for the further decisions for the TVET sector by the Ministry and other public bodies in planning of educational system! MoERY Check list for TA local expert EUROPEAN UNION PROJECT financed under Phare NCDTVET-PIU • In PHARE06 project the local expert works together with the RC secretary intensively • TA local expert collects the data to BFQ with RC secretary with the help of other members of RC • TA local expert makes the structured questionnaire questions for SQ with RC secretary according to objectives and their indicators • TA local expert organises monitoring visits and formulates the structured interviews (SQ) and collect and analyse the data as well as formulate the database analysis together with RC secretary • visiting monitors fill in questionnaire during the monitoring visits, TA local expert mentors the external monitoring process, RC secretary participates to process • TA mentors RC to run the advisory group panel discussions about the chosen objects. • RC secretary collects recommendations to the database with TA local expert • They send the data to monitored RC • The detailed framework for the advisory group panel will be given later by TA • Monitoring report is filled in by RC, which process is mentored by TA local expert and RC secretary. • They are responsible for delivering the monitoring reports to PIU.
