  2. Greek PARTY! • A symposium or party was only for men. • Women would serve wine and entertain the men. • Men would sit on large couches and be served wine on little tables. • Men played betting games.

  3. At the Dinner Table • Men would not eat with their family • Wine, fish, bread, and fruit was a meal every day • Slaves served the food

  4. Schooling • Only boys would go to school • Girls would stay home with their mothers and learn to cook and clean • At 18 boys would be sent off to a gymnasium to become more developed and become a great leader for his family
