Tables changed from ‘PI_’ to ‘SCO_’ Not based on PS delivered Payroll Interface module More logical breakout of Paytape data elements Views are delivered that provide totals (for query/report purposes)

Differences with 8.9 Check Creation Uses PS delivered tables for better integration to Self Service New Paycheck Creation Error pages Two ‘phases’ of process Check Creation JOB – job data match (CSULCD15.SQR), before checks are created (CSULCD20.SQR) Check Finalization JOB – completes paycheck creation based on error corrections (CSULCD20.SQR), then runs Update YTD Balances (CSULCD30.SQR) Views are delivered that provide totals (for query/report purposes)

Differences with 8.9 Account Code Table becomes the Combination Code Table Main key to record is now FDM_HASH TL lookups still refer to Account Code Table Account Code Table has no effdt or setid MUST use CSU modification to populate Combo Code Table Treats value as a key Synchs up Combo Code and Acct Code table SQL does not perform HASH function CMS delivers FY Rollover process

Differences with 8.9 PS Delivered Department Budget Table has a new required field called SUSPENSE COMBO CODE Must enter value or cannot save record Field not used by custom LCD processes PS delivers process to update this field en masse by FY Cannot be a GL Account value that actual expenses will post to Establish value called ‘SUSPENSE’ using delivered page for Combo Code Table
