Challan (Memo). R-Logic. To create new Challan (Memo) Click on Transaction in the main screen. In the side menu select “Outward”. It will expand and will show other options then select “Challan (Memo)” option.

  2. To create new Challan (Memo) Click on Transaction in the main screen Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  3. In the side menu select “Outward”. It will expand and will show other options then select “Challan (Memo)” option. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Now you can see the Challan options. There is search box where you can find any challan with its number or you can create new Challan by clicking on “+ New Record” button. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. Challan’s (Memo) are used for two main reasons. If you are making Crossing LR then you have to create Challan manually If there are multiple LR’s going in same vehicle then you have to create them manually. Like in case of Parcel booking. To link Multiple LR’s in one Challan there vehicle number has to be same. The date of Challan has to be same as LR or after LR date. “To” and “From” locations are to be matched only then linking is possible. There is another benefit of making challan’s manually in case you need to change vehicle number or any other information in LR then it can be done if Challan is not made.   7. Enter The branch name. The series will come automatically you don’t need to select it. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. Enter the Date this date should be same as of LR or greater then LR date. It can never be less then LR date. Select if the LR is of Crossing / Godown or Door Delivery Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. Enter Vehicle number. You can search for vehicle by entering its full number or by entering %% sign followed by last 3 or 4 digits of the vehicle number. • If the vehicle number is not shown then you have to create it by going in Masters-> Fleet-> Market Vehicle Form.   10. Now enter the LR number which was created earlier. For single LR enter its number for multiple LR enter multiple number separating with “,” Comma. Multiple LR’s Entered Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. After entering the LR number(s) click the Add button and if the LR number’s are correct then they will show in bottom with their details and if not found then will show in LR Nos Not Found box. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. Click on Save or Save & New Button to save the Memo. If all information is correct then the voucher will save else will give the error. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
