You’re protected if you need to cancel • Explorica’s “Cancel For Any Reason Benefit” • Allows travelers to cancel their tour for any reason up to two days before departure and receive most of their tour fee back in cash. Payment Options • Monthly Automated Plan • $195 +insurance upon enrolment • Balance of total fee will be automatically charged in equal monthly installments until 65 days prior to departure • 3 Step Manual Plan • $195 + insurance upon enrolment • $600 towards your tour fee within 30 days • Total remaining balance due 99 days prior to departure • Note: must be manual payments, no automated payments on this plan • Full Payment • Pay in full at time of enrolment • TOC Costs will be collected separately • This must be paid in early 2012.
