BCOAG Award Review Process INSTRUCTIONS: • Prepare award citation and narrative draft following the Awards Information write ups hints and tips. • Award citations should be no more than 180 characters. • Narrative should be double-spaced in Times New Roman and 12 font with 1-inch margins. • Narrative should be no more than four pages. • Submit the award narrative as a MS Word file attachment with a cover sheet to bcoagawards@gmail.com. PDF files will not be accepted. • Include the following Email Subject Line: • Award Review and the date (month day year format; 04192013)

BCOAG Awards Review Program INSTRUCTIONS (con’t): • Include a cover sheet with the following information: • Rank, Name, Agency • Contact information (Email address, phone number) • Expect summation of comments • Comments provided by reviewers are not an assurance that the officer will be granted an award.
