  9. An enhanced, comprehensive service offering: Free open access, fully accessible service for all adult carers. Comprehensive range of Information, Advice and Guidance. Awareness raising for staff. Campaigning on carers’ issues. Reaching hidden carers. Development of peer support groups. Emotional support Advice and information

  10. Recruitment and management of 4 support workers: Work into locality teams. Adult carers of adults with an identified social care need. FACS criteria applies. Increase number of carers assessments and ensure consistency and high standards. Support and advocacy for carers. Training and support for staff. Carer Support Workers

  17. Entry onto the framework will be through a competitive process Evaluation criteria will be used in terms of cost and quality, ensuring VfM Services will be divided into a number of categories Framework Agreements

  18. Set out in advance: The terms and conditions that will apply to specific purchases / ‘call-offs’ throughout the terms of the agreement. A contract will not exist until services are purchased. Framework Agreements
