  1. Aero Team Challenge (ATC) Cadet Initiative 2013 Texas Wing Aerospace Education

  2. Initiative: “The power or ability to begin or follow through with a plan or task.” The Aero Team Challenge features the ultimate in fun mental and physical Challenges (Project “X”). The winning team will take home a “traveling” Trophy and have bragging rights until a new team takes it away (or not)!

  3. Come Experience the Challenge, Fun and Camaraderie! 17-19 May 2013 Camp Mabry 210 W. 35th Street Austin, TX

  4. What Makes Up a Team For ATC? Six cadets make up each team Cross section of experienced cadets mixed with newer cadets .

  5. What is ATC? Challenges Camping Competition

  6. CHALLENGES • Each team will participate and be graded in a series of field challenges (anticipate getting sweaty, dirty, and most likely wet) • Each team will be graded upon their Saturday evening meal • Each team will be graded upon their camp site

  7. CAMPING • Teams must bring appropriate camping supplies • Females and Males will need separate tents • Each team must be equipped to prepare own meals • Senior member escorts will need to prepare their own meals and “lodge” in their own tent • **A suggested list of supplies may be found here

  8. COMPETITION The winning team will earn a “traveling” trophy and bragging rights!

  9. Registration • Senior Member Support REQUIRED • (seniors will be assigned as judges) • Teams that include females should include female support • (contact the event organizer if questions) • Team registration NO LATER THAN 28 APR 2013 • [Please mail all team paperwork form TXWG 31a • and fees for participants (seniors too) at one time to address below, • check or money order] • Only $10 per person
