The movie shows the killing of Roy in a car accident, he was the crime boss of the underworld of the city shown in the movie. A man called Devaraj announces himself as the new leader while the son of Roy also shares his plan of succeeding his father. The plot shifts to India where a thief steals around two trillion amount of money. The story continues to where the thief is caught by Ashok Chakravarthy and Amirtha, while both of these undercover agents fall in love but they leave the thief with a black box that will let the thief open a lock which contains valuable treasures. Later it is discovered that the thief was nobody but an undercover agent himself but the officer pretender was S.N Saaho and he was the actual thief. The movie leads to a lot of action and plot twists which will leave the audience stunned. The movie leads towards the end where Saaho becomes the next ruler of the underworld.
