1. Bharti Arora Court Order Bharti Arora Police Officer, from 1998 batch, was involved in some of the major controversies in Haryana. In Bharti Arora case a FIR was registered against Ajay Bhardwaj at Gurgaon in July 2014 for allegations of rape and criminal activity. Ajay Bhardwaj is a son of retired IAS officer, RP Bhardwaj. In this Bharti Arora ips officer case, later on, involved family members of Ajay Bhardwaj including his father, wife, daughters and sister. However, the trial court had rejected these allegations saying that there is no solid ground on which these allegations have been made. Further, in Bharti Arora Vs Jyotsna Bhardwaj case, Jyotsna Bhardwaj, former model and second wife of Ajay Bhardwaj, had made allegations against Bharti Arora that she was using her administrative powers to mentally torture her as she had complained to her. She also appealed that appropriate action should be initiated against Bharti Arora. In Bharti Arora Vs Jyotsna Bhardwaj case Bharati Arora had also been transferred as Director and Principal of Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai, Sonepat. This has happened for the first time in the history of India that one IPS officer is appointed as a school principal. Bharti Arora was again involved in one more controversy in the same Bharti Arora court case in which she had made severe allegations on Gurgaon Police Commissioner, Navdeep Virk. The allegations said that the Police Commissioner was unnecessarily interfering the case and harassing her. Protesting her allegations, Bharti Arora had said that she Commissioner Officer had wrongly included the Ajay Bhardwaj and his family in the rape case matter unnecessarily. She had also tried to stop Virk from interfering in this case. But then he started harassing her giving her mental torture. In this Bharti Arora court case Commissioner Virk also cleared his side saying that since Ajay Bhardwaj’s sister Is a friend of Bharti Arora, she is unnecessarily protecting them.
