Objectives • The student will be able to identify the layers of the wellness pyramid. • The student will be able to recognize the importance of school based law enforcement officers being physically fit. • The student will be able to develop an individual, basic daily dietary consumption intake plan to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  3. Physical Fitness • The ability for a body to perform activities requiring strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility, power, balance, speed, and accuracy, without undue experience of fatigue and exhaustion.

  4. Wellness • The condition of the human organism which consists of it’s health and disease status and risk potential.
