  1. creativematch eCRM Creativematch has launched a new eCRM platform providing access to an email marketing suite from your own desktop. Our eCRM platform enables you to manage your customer relationship communications without the need to involve expensive and time consuming 3rd party providers or buy special software to put on to your computer.

  2. creativematch eCRM Once your account has been set up, you can upload html email designs and databases on to our servers. You can then select any image rich email from your own library of designs, and which opt-in database you wish to send a communication to and email them. It’s as simple as that.

  3. How it works You can produce your own html designs, or ask an existing supplier to help you. We can help with this too. We provide a free html design as part of the set up costs. Our system is very easy to use, requiring little or no training. Once you have a library of designs and databases on our servers, it takes less than 5 minutes to send a mailing.

  4. You will be asked to sign in with your UserID and Registered Email Address. Sign in

  5. This is your own personal area with your company branding. Contains details of any previous mailings. Also contains a library of your html designs and databases. You can upload as many as you wish. Your own branded area

  6. First click on ‘Create a new mailing’. Create a new mailing

  7. Then give your mailing a name and description. New mailing

  8. Select the html you would like to use from your library of designs. The system automatically attaches the text version. Select your HTML

  9. Now select the database you wish to use from your library. Select your database

  10. This page confirms your HTML and database selection. You also have the option to segment your database. This allows you to communicate with segments of your database based on previous response statistics. Confirm and segment

  11. Personalise your email here, inserting your sent from, subject and any letter text you wish to include in your communication. Personalise

  12. The final screen confirms the costs and reference numbers. You can also select to send your mailing at a future time and date, and maximum per hour. Once you click ‘Send the mailing’, your emails will be sent to our servers. Confirmation

  13. Confirmation Our system will send both text and HTML image rich versions of EACH email. A special ‘tag’ works out what the recipient can read and delivers this only.

  14. Once you have sent your mailing, you can click on your ‘real time’ reports including; How many sent How many opened Hard and soft bounces Unsubscribes Segment statistics (who has responded to what). Realtime Reporting

  15. An initial set up fee of £750.00 for single clients and £1500.00 for multiple clients. We will credit your account with pre paid emails which must be used within 12 months. Costs are set between 1p and 10p per email, depending on usage. Costs
