  • Emergency Response Teams, Tier 1

    • P&T – 5, Polar – 1

    • Incident initial response (within Division)

      • Safety, isolation, containment, assessment

      • Incident Command

    • Incident Support Team at Division office

      • Determine appropriate level of response

      • Assist field staff

      • Provide/assist with resources

      • Assist with notifications

      • Prepare for transition to Tier 2 if required
