HCA) • Own and operate 46 terminals • Operate and maintain 1,125 tanks • 1.3 MMBD operated rack capacity • Polar – based in Houston • 5 tankers - 4.5 million barrels capacity • ~8,900 rail cars & 121 active truck carriers • 1,500 employeesat 120 locations • 70 locations with 5 or less employees Transportation has operations in 20 states

COP ER Program • Emergency Response Teams, Tier 1 • P&T – 5, Polar – 1 • Incident initial response (within Division) • Safety, isolation, containment, assessment • Incident Command • Incident Support Team at Division office • Determine appropriate level of response • Assist field staff • Provide/assist with resources • Assist with notifications • Prepare for transition to Tier 2 if required
