      • Operate and maintain 1,125 tanks

      • 1.3 MMBD operated rack capacity

    • Polar – based in Houston

      • 5 tankers - 4.5 million barrels capacity

    • ~8,900 rail cars & 121 active truck carriers

    • 1,500 employeesat 120 locations

      • 70 locations with 5 or less employees

Transportation has operations in 20 states

    • 50+ ER Plans, 500+ first responders

    • 25+ facilitated worst case drills/training annually

    • 25+ self-facilitated table top drills annually

    • Major drills annually with IMAT deployment

  • Emergency Response Teams, Tier 1

    • P&T – 5, Polar – 1

    • Incident initial response (within Division)

      • Safety, isolation, containment, assessment

      • Incident Command

    • Incident Support Team at Division office

      • Determine appropriate level of response

      • Assist field staff

      • Provide/assist with resources

      • Assist with notifications

      • Prepare for transition to Tier 2 if required


COP ER Program

  • Houston Support Team

    • Assist the Division Teams

    • Provide technical and business related support as requested or required

      • Support staff (Eng & Projects, Logistics, HSE, Communications, etc)

    • Transition to CMST roles in the event of CMST activation
