  2. Overview • ARRA is American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. • As a healthcare organization, Massac will be eligible for stimulus money when Meaningful Use requirements are met. Meeting these requirements are not optional, we will meet the requirements. • As we weave Meditech 6.0 into our practice, we will be working hard toward meeting Stage 1 and Stage 2 requirements within 30 days of GO LIVE (06/01/2013).

Where to start… • As builders, it is imperative that we are always aware of Meaningful Use and that the functionality of what we are building reflects not only the way we practice but the way we are meeting ARRA requirements. • If you are building any part of Meditech, it is recommended by the leaders to at least be familiar with what Meaningful Use is and how it applies to your area of practice. • The next slide will show you where to go on the Meditech website to begin to familiarize
