  3. Historical Perspective PHASE I • 1980’s: HTCC effort began. • 1994: Land purchased. • 1999: Phase I plans reviewed & approved. • 2000: Applied for permit. • 2001: Permit approved. • 2002: Phase I opened. • 2003: Deities Installed

  4. Phase I Plan: Cultural Center With Temporary Place of Worship • Total area: approx. 6000 sq. ft. • Pooja room with all approved deities • Main assembly hall for 280 people • Priest quarters • Kitchen • Office room
