  2. Recommendation • Authorize City Manager to enter into contract with GKKworks for design of Robinson Park Recreation Center Renovation in amount not to exceed $802,000

  3. Project Background • Phase I Improvements (completed 2010) • 9 ½ - acre park site • Football, soccer & baseball fields • Artificial turf & lighting • Restroom, concession stand, storage facilities & parking lot

  4. Project Background • Phase II Improvements (proposed) • Renovation & expansion of facility to approximately 30,000 total sq. ft. • Create facilities for expanded recreational activities
