  3. Authority • The Financial Project Number for the project is: 239304-1-52-01 • This public meeting is being held in accordance with Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.

  4. Authority (Continued) This project is being developed in accordance with the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1968. Under Title VI and Title VIII of the Civil Rights Acts, any person(s) or beneficiary who believes they have been subjected to discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or familial status may file a written complaint with the FDOT's Equal Opportunity Office, 605 Suwannee Street, MS 65, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0450.   5. PROJECT DESCRIPTION • Completes the missing segment of the four lane to six-lane widening project between the Orange/Lake County line and Secret lake Drive.
