Problem Statement & Deliverables The goal of this project is to design, build, and reliably test a powered, human-controlled tethered glider specifically for use as an airborne wind energy system (or AWT) • Tethered glider capable of continuous circular flight • Integration with current base station • 30 flights, each 3 minutes or longer, with tether tension and glider position recorded • Functional simulation of flight path P15462
