  4. Select “Profile Management” tab • Select “New Customer” • Complete Customer Information and select “Add Customer” DN3002 V1.1

  5. Select “Data Center” tab • Select “Unassigned Monitors” • Select the serial number of your Invisible Service Technician DN3002 V1.1 Sample Data Sample Data Sample Data

Select Data Center tab • Select assign the Contractor” • Choose appropriate Contractor and click “Assign Contractor” • Select Data Center tab • Select assign the Customer” • Choose appropriate Customer and click “Assign Customer” • Select Edit in IST Installation section of Monitor Details page DN3002 V1.1

  7. Complete “IST Installation” page and select “Save Changes” DN3002 V1.1 Save Changes

  8. Select Edit from the Monitored Equipment section of the Monitor Details tab Complete this page (The following slide is the remaining portion of the Monitored Equipment section) DN3002 V1.1

  9. Complete the remaining fields on the Edit Monitored Equipment section and select “Submit” DN3002 V1.1

Select Remap Sensors • from the Parameter and Sensor Section of the Monitor Details tab. • Enter/Edit Sensor Name for Temperature Sensor 1-6 • Select Alarm (s) Enabled? • Minimum and Maximum • Enter/Edit Call Reason Code (s) • Enable/Dis- able Text Message • Enter/Edit Sensor Name for Digital Sensors 1-8 • Select Alarm (s) Enabled? Yes or No • Enter/Edit Call Reason Code (s) • Enable/Dis-able Text Message Board Termination Location Call Reason Codes: Customizable text used in reports to define alert conditions DN3002 V1.1

  11. Enter/Edit Sensor Name for Thermostat 1-8 • Select Alarm (s) Enabled? Yes or No • Select Alarm Contact State • Enable/Dis-able Text Message • Enter/Edit Calculation Name • Select Alarm Enabled Minimum and Maximum • Enter/Edit Call Reason Code (s) • Enable/Dis-able text Message • When Complete Select “Save Changes” DN3002 V1.1

  12. Select Edit from Parameters and Sensors section of the Monitor Details tab IST Maint SETUP DN3002 V1.1

  13. Complete this page (The following slide is the remaining portion of the Edit Parameters and Sensors section) Parameter fields will only be visible for sensor that have min/max selected in the Sensor Remap Section DN3002 V1.1

  14. Complete the remaining fields on the Edit Parameters and Sensors section and select “Save Changes” • . If changes are made to this page, you must select Save Changes to update settings. Do not select Change Status. If you select Change Status your changes will not be implemented. Change Status is used to update the operating status of the monitor. DN3002 V1.1

  15. Select Edit from Viewing Privileges Section • Select Customers, Contractors, Wholesalers and Sales Reps to receive Viewing Privileges from pop-up window. • Select action to apply “Assign” or “Remove” • Select “Assign”, then (close window) Customer Sample Customer 1 Sample Customer 2 Sample Customer 3 Contractor Sample Contractor 1 Sample Contractor 2 Sample Contractor 3 Sales Reps Sample Sales Rep 1 DN3002 V1.1

  16. Select Add from Alert Recipients Section • Add Alert Recipient Name • Enter/Edit E-mail Address, Fax Number, Cell Phone Number and check which method (s) to use • Select “Alert Type”: Alert or Customer” • Select “Sign Up for Alerts”, “Delete Alert Recipients” or “Send Test Message (s)” • When Completed, select (closewindow) DN3002 V1.1

  17. IST Maint SETUP • Select IST MaintSETUP to be directed to the online configuration tool DN3002 V1.1
