Regional Conservation Centers Eight centers around the country offer many services for free, including telephone and email advice, object consultations, web content, educational programming, even collection surveys! ICA is the oldest regional center in the entire United States, based in Cleveland, but most people in Ohio don’t realize we exist or that we are a non-profit whose mission is public service and preservation advocacy.
