  3. Wanting to move away from the responsibilities placed on you by a democratic-republic? SINGAPORE … is the place for you. They’re public policy emphasizes academic achievements and tangible objects of merit. Lucky for those idiots who amount to nothing, “wealth does not pass three generations”

  4. But wait there’s more…. Ecuador… Also a meritocracy. Want to take a guess at who advised them when instituting their government???

  6. Pros • Enhances the desire to achieve • Intellectual criteria above all • High intellectuals lead country • Society intelligence increases as a whole
