INTRODUCTION Localisation: hémisphériques (80%), fosse postérieure, de la région sellaire Primitives (bénignes ou malignes), secondaires (métastases) Adulte Vs enfant Différencier tumeur intracrânienne: Intra cérébrale (= parenchyme) vs extra crébrale sus et sous tentorielle (sous = fosse potérieure) HTIC et Risque d’engagement

    3. Schéma des conséquences parenchymateuses des tumeurs cérébrales. A. Compression et refoulement du parenchyme nerveux par une tumeur " expansive ". B. Destruction et envahissement du parenchyme nerveux par une tumeur " infiltrante ".
