Pending 10.- Scratched elevators by construction. 11. Automatic lobby doors damaging marble floors. Fixed by developer 13.- Missing locks for hallway ducts. Done by Tower III 14.- Top floor (24) door detailing. Done by developer 15.- Parking lot leaks. 16.- Finalize Substation connection. 17.- Access gates from Beach. Pending 18.- Dividing fence between public Access and tower. Not authorized 19.- Federal Concession. In process 20.-Table and chairs for reception.
