  4. What is EB-5? EB-5 is a Federal Immigration Program connecting Foreign Investors with business opportunities and the chance to emigrate to the United States on the FAST TRACK

  5. What is a TEA? A Targeted Employment Area (TEA) is a designated region within the many cities and towns of Massachusetts that would qualify an Investment of $500,000 USD as ELIGIBLE for the EB-5 program, instead of the $1 Million USD required by a Non-TEA
