  1. SEWG Nodal Load Aggregation Calvin Opheim March 16, 2009

  2. Outline • Add method attribute to LSEGUNADJ? • Add method attribute to other load bill determinants? • Method attribute definitions

  3. Add Method Attribute to Nodal Load Billing Determinants • Should Method Attribute be added to LSEGUNADJ? • Should Method Attribute be added to all nodal load billing determinants (LSEGDL, LSEGTL, LSEGUFE, LUFE, and NBLOAD)?

  4. Method Attribute Definitions NIDR Methods • Used only for NIDR meter types • Values: • US – Actual usage • EH – Estimated history (prior usage) • ENH – Estimated no history (default estimation) • Examples: • LSEGUNADJ…NIDR…US • LSEGDL…NIDR…ENH • LSEGUFE…NIDR…EH • LUFE…NIDR…US

  5. Method Attribute Definitions DCTIE Methods • Used for DC Ties (DC Ties have IDR meter types) • Values: • DCN – DC Tie exports for non-exempt QSEs • DCE – DC Tie exports for exempt QSEs • Examples: • LSEGUNADJ…(REP=DCTIE)…IDR…DCE • LSEGDL…(REP=DCTIE)…IDR…DCN • LSEGUFE…(REP=DCTIE)…IDR…DCN • LUFE…(REP=DCTIE)…IDR…DCE

  6. Method Attribute Definitions NOIE Methods • Used only for NOIE TDSPs (NOIEs have IDR meter types) • Values: • NLA – NOIE load actual (actual IDR data) • NLE – NOIE load estimated (proxy day) • NLP – NOIE load default profiled (default profile) • Examples: • LSEGUNADJ…(TDSP=NOIE)…IDR…NLE • LSEGDL…(TDSP=NOIE)…IDR…NLP • LSEGUFE…(TDSP=NOIE)…IDR…NLA • NBLOAD…(TDSP=NOIE)…IDR…NLP

  7. Method Attribute Definitions IDR Methods • Used for IDR meter types that are not associated with DC Ties and not associated with NOIE TDSPs • Values: • IDC – Interval data current (actual IDR data) • IDE – Interval data estimated (proxy day) • IDP – Interval default profiled (default profile) • IDPS – Interval default profiled (scaled from NIDR) • Examples: • LSEGUNADJ…(REP<>DCTIE)…(TDSP<>NOIE)…IDR…IDC • LSEGDL…(REP<>DCTIE)…(TDSP<>NOIE)…IDR…IDP • LSEGUFE…(REP<>DCTIE)…(TDSP<>NOIE)…IDR…IDPS • LUFE…(REP<>DCTIE)…(TDSP<>NOIE) …IDR…IDE
