Elvira’ s Path • 2000 4 year Degree in Economics And Management of Public Administration And International Institutions (internship at Ministry of Foreign Affairs): focus on management of arts and culture • 2001 Collaborated with Southern European Deak of the World Bank in Rome (projects in Syria and Egypt) • 2003 Short term contract with the World Bank working on cultural development projects (Tunisia, Iran and India) financed by the Italian Government • I have always had a passion for the International Arena and Culture: I have used my studies to cultivate it.

Bocconi (MI) • 2001 PhD in Economics, Stanford University (California, USA) awarded various scholarships • 2005, Economist, International Monetary Fund, Washington DC (USA).
