  4. HOSPITAL • To guide the blind (or eldery people) round the hospital. With a rope or a wire with a speech recognition device. They could say their need (dentist, ophthalmologist…), and the robot could guide them round the hospital. The device could bring a sound to avoid them collide. When robot comes back it should wind the wire.

  5. HOSPITAL • To Help a nurse to move with patients(to move them to another bed, to turn them in the bed) • To bring FOOD • SURGERY ROBOT • CAMERA IN OPERATIONS

  6. ENTERTAINMENT • Cinema: - Fight against piracy: the ceiling robot could detect cameras in the cinema - Special effects: the robot could sparkle, give off aromas or fog, throw confetti…in the right moments programming it for each movie.

  7. ENTERTAINMENT • Humour TV shows: -somebody in the audience could be the “chosen one”. He doesn´t know he is the “chosen one”, suddenly our robot decides to do something (throw him eggs, a cake, water…, paint his hair with a colour hair spray)

  8. ENTERTAINMENT • Discos,pubs wardrobe: the ceiling robot could take our jacket and bring it to the high areas. The area under the wardrobe is now useful. With a coin you get a ticket and you put your jacket in a hook. To retrieve your jacket, you can show your ticket in an optical sensor and it orders the robot to bring our jacket.

  9. HOME • Vacuum cleaner: it is not useful to clean the whole house, but if you dropped something (cereal, flowerpot…) it could detect it and clean it. • Arm to pick up: Mainly for people who mustn´t bend over or crouch down frequently. If they dropped something robot´s arm could pick up it from the floor.

  10. AIRPORT • To put the bags in the car which bring them to the plane • To inspect the plane outside

  11. RESTAURANT • Waiter: the tables in fixed places. The robot with the help of a tray can take the customer the food/drink. • Cleaning: the robot could clean the table, remove the crumbs, glasses…

  12. ANYWHERE • Fire estinguisher: with a temperature/smoke detector, our robot could localize the fire´s source and estinguish the fire. - Challenges: It should be able to avoid doorframes and lamps. It should be heat-resistant.

  13. ANYWHERE • Fire: the robot could localize people inside the building and/or help them to go out.

  14. ANYWHERE • Changing lamps: there are a lot of high buildings where is not easy reach the ceiling. The robot could change the lamps instead of us. - Challenges: There are a lot of kind of lamps.

  15. GARAGE • Entrance: In private parkings. The robot could have a face recognition device. People wouldn´t have to use a key or a remote control, the robot would recognize them and let them in. - Challenges: if people who try come in is not the usual tenant (a friend, family)

  16. BANK • Security camera: The robot could follow the thief recording him. It should be able to distinguish the face and try to record his face. It should be small enough that thiefs don´t see it. It could advance in a thin rail inside the ceiling.

  17. CLEANING • The robot could go all over the ceiling using steam and brushes (Roomba).
