  • The act of publicizing and informing the members of a community/organization.

  • Being able to effectively communicate and build partnerships amongst people.

  • Creating a positive image for your chapter.

  • Monthly Reports- No later than the 10th day of the month (ie. Aug. 10, Sept. 15)

  • Press Releases- Must be submitted to me 1 month prior to submission. MUST be sent back upon approval prior to final submission.

  • Archive all chapter events and submit to Chapter Secretary at end of term

  • Create yahoo group and maintain contact

  • Upload documents for chapter PR/Pub.

  • Post Chapter news and development

  • Response to emails within 48 hours
