Nouveaux antirétroviraux Cenicriviroc (CVC) versus EFV + TDF/FTC chez le patient naïf : résultats de l’analyse à S24 (1) CROI 2013 – D'après Gathe J. et al., abstract 106LB, actualisé • Cenicriviroc (CVC), nouvel antagoniste du CCR5 à demi-vie longue évalué dans un essai de phase 2b, randomisé, en double aveugleet double placebo chez 143 patients naïfs, infectés par des virusde tropisme R5 • Patients randomisés en 3 bras selon un schéma 2:2 • 1 bras TDF/FTC/CVC 100 mg en x 1/j • versus TDF/FTC/CVC 200 mg en x 1/j • versus TDF/FTC/EFV 600 mg en x 1/j • Caractéristiques des patients à l’inclusion comparables entre les 3 bras • 89 à 100 % d’hommes, • âge médian de 32 à 36 ans, • médiane des CD4 entre 359 et 414 cellules/mm3, • médiane de CV entre 4,43 et 4,59 log copies/ml(14 à 25 % de CV > 100 000 copies/ml)
