Auswirkungen des Klimawandels auf den Wald • Klimahüllenmodelle wurden für Waldinventur-Daten aus Alpenraum von Deutschland, Österreich, Frank-reich, Schweiz, Slowenien und Lichtenstein gefittet. • Vorteil: Die Nische der Arten wird in ihrer Gesamt-heit sehr gut erfasst. • Nachteil: Es sind keine Bodendaten oder ähnliche Daten vorhanden, welche regionale Modifikationen erklären. • Problem: Nicht alle Länder bestimmen Baumarten immer auf Art-Niveau (Bsp: Frankreich und Österreich unterscheiden Eiche, Ahorn nicht).

  3. Auswirkungen des Klimawandels auf den Wald • Klimahüllen wurden für 6 unterschiedliche statis-tische Modelle kalibriert. • Zukünftiges Klima wurde anhand von Daten (RCMs) des 4. Reports von IPCC berechnet. • Es wurden Daten von 6 Regionalen Klimamodellen (aus dem ENSEMBLES EU-Projekt) auf 1km Auf-lösung hinunter skaliert (statistisch) und verwendet. • Modelle wurden für jede Kombination von statis-tischen und Klima-Modellen berechnet (6*6=36).

  4. NFI Daten aus Europa wurden verwendet.
